Our Custom Process
Our Process - Easy as 1, 2, 3
Along with the diverse range of products we make everyday, we also craft numerous personalized and custom products.
Laser Cut Custom Shape
We always pursue efficiency alongside conservation, and the laser does exactly that. The laser beam cuts so fine that in many cases, the edge of one shape can become the edge of the adjoining shape, thus maximizing the usage of the material.
Custom Engraving
This project shows a variety of effects a laser can produce from a custom cut shape to the embossed and recessed elements.
Cut and Engraved Ready for Finishing
The client requested a rustic, worn look, akin to an old, hand-carved sign. Additionally, this project used a variety of woods, all sourced from the property, to create a diverse collection of badges for this historical learning center in Vermont.

Testimonials
We love making products that last, and our customers do too. Here are a few words they have shared over the years.
I am so pleased with the rocking horse, first of all he is so perky looking, and second of all he is the sturdiest little guy I have ever seen. Like a real pony. The height is perfect. As are the rockers. So much thought must have gone into the entire design on your part. Congratulations on your fine wood craftsmanship.

I have been looking for a unique Cribbage Board for a long time . This one is perfect . I love that it is a Lighthouse and how it was made is great also.

I am glad to support a local business that creates beautiful toys and other objects made from wood. As a retired Art teacher and the first person to be certified to teach Art in the state of Vermont in 1969 where I graduated from Castleton State College, I appreciate what you create. Best wishes to you and your colleagues, please thank them for all they do for such a wonderful business.

The coat hooks are exactly what I thought they would be from the listing! The seller answered a question that I sent about the listing immediately, and physically measured and mocked up the installation that I asked about, and they were spot on. The birds are all very cool and stylish, the quality is excellent, and the included mounting hardware and template were all that I needed with my drill to install them.
